National Network of Libraries of Medicine Region 3 Grants
Funding for projects in Region 3 that improve health literacy; increase the ability of the general public to find and use health information; and improve health professionals' access to, awareness of, and skills for locating high quality biomedical and health information.

Delta Rural Integrated Health Network Program
Funding to improve healthcare delivery in the Delta region by supporting the development of integrated health networks among rural hospitals, primary care clinics, behavioral health providers, and other essential healthcare organizations.

Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC): Grant Initiative for the Appalachian, Delta, and Northern Border Regions
Grants for projects in the Appalachian, Lower Mississippi Delta, and Northern Border regions that will provide career, training, and support services to eligible individuals in eligible counties and parishes. Grants will support workforce development activities that prepare dislocated workers, new entrants to the workforce, and incumbent workers for good jobs in high-demand occupations aligned with a regional or community economic development strategy. High demand industries include manufacturing, IT, healthcare, business, and energy.

Local Economy Lab: Funding to Support Coal Communities in Transition
Funding and technical assistance to help coal communities build community-led economic transition projects. Community-driven solutions will be across 3 strategy areas: workforce development, entrepreneurship/small business support, and place-based infrastructure.

Delta Regional Authority States Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP)
Grants to help Delta communities create jobs and improve infrastructure. Funds may be used for basic public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, broadband, and business development including entrepreneurship and workforce training.

Delta Leadership Institute Executive Academy
An educational opportunity that trains leaders from diverse backgrounds, sectors, and industries to improve the economic competitiveness and social viability of the Delta region, with an emphasis on economic, public health, educational, and infrastructure challenges.

Patterson Fellows
A cohort-based training and leadership program that will support entrepreneurs in Kansas and western Missouri with the goal of igniting viable, scalable companies for change in rural communities.

Delta Regional Authority Community Infrastructure Fund
Funding for community-based and regional projects in the Delta Regional Authority service area that address basic public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, and flood control. Broadband and public health are also program priorities.

Harvest to Market Grant
Funding to support rural farm, ranch, and value-added food businesses producing in, sourcing from, and focused on local and regional markets. This includes food processors, aggregators, distributors, and retailers that source locally and/or serve multiple small- and mid-scale food and farm businesses.

American Connection Corps
A 1-year fellowship program that trains and mobilizes leaders to work in rural and emerging communities to coordinate broadband development and digital inclusion.
