Health Care Workforce (HCWF) Scholarship Grant
Funding for education, training programs, and other health-related workforce programs in Oregon for students' post-secondary education, to apply for grant funds to administer a scholarship program that will meet Oregon healthcare workforce objectives. Awardees will administer a scholarship program to support students pursuing physical, oral, and behavioral/mental health careers.

Oregon Health Care Workforce (HCWF) Pathways Scholarship Grants
Funding for Oregon's secondary education, Career and Technical Education (CTE), training programs, and other health-related workforce programs for students between 8th -12th grade. Awardees will administer a scholarship program to support students and create pathways for physical, oral, and behavioral/mental health careers.

Northwest Center for Public Health Practice Student Project Stipends
Stipends for students working on practice-based projects in public health organizations in the northwest region.

Healthy Oregon Workforce Training Opportunity (HOWTO) Grant Program
Grants to support innovative, transformative, community-based health professional training initiatives in Oregon that will address identified local healthcare workforce shortages and expand the diversity of the health professional workforce.

Community Microgrid Assistance Program
Technical support and/or funding to design or deploy a microgrid that aligns with community-defined priorities to improve or optimize existing microgrid technology.

Wildhorse Foundation Grants
Grants to tribes and national, regional, or local Native American organizations that serve individuals in the Cayuse, Umatilla, and Walla Walla tribes of Oregon and Washington. Funds may be used to support programs in the areas of public health, public safety, environmental protection, and gambling addiction, among others.

American Connection Corps
A 1-year fellowship program that trains and mobilizes leaders to work in rural and emerging communities to coordinate broadband development and digital inclusion.

Community Facility Loans
Loans to help develop and improve essential community facilities in the rural West.

Environmental Infrastructure Loans
Loans to finance water and waste facility projects in the rural West, including the early funds small rural communities need to determine project feasibility and to pay pre-development costs prior to receiving state and federal funding.

Ford Family Foundation Grants
Offers grants to small, rural communities in Oregon and parts of California for community development; technical assistance; critical needs; arts; and healthy children, youth, and families.
