Jul 23, 2019 - Notice from the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Department of the fee HUD will collect from borrowers under the HUD Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program to offset credit subsidy costs for Fiscal Year 2020 awards. Section 108 guaranteed loans finance public infrastructure, development projects, and activities to support subsidized housing. The FY 2020 fee is applicable beginning October 1, 2019.

Jul 18, 2019 - Announcement from USDA's Rural Business-Cooperative Service inviting applications for loans and grants under the Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant (REDLG) Programs for fiscal year 2020. Awards will be made based on the amount of funding available through the appropriations process. Projects should focus on achieving e-connectivity for rural communities, developing the rural economy, and supporting the rural workforce, among other things.

Jun 24, 2019 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is loaning $50 million to 40 rural communities through the Community Facilities Direct Loan Program and still has more than $2 billion in loans available. Funded projects include improvements to stormwater drainage, a new 911 call center and offices, bridge replacement, and more.
