Dec 3, 2024 - The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking comments on a request for information related to the updated Transportation Community Explorer (TC Explorer) Tool and Index methodology. The TC Explorer is a data-driven tool that allows communities to better identify transportation investments that can benefit communities. DOT intends to make updates to its Equitable Transportation Community Explorer (ETC Explorer v1.1) to improve the usefulness and accuracy of the tool, particularly for rural and tribal communities, and rename the tool as the Transportation Community (TC) Explorer. Comments are due by December 16, 2024.
