Eligible projects include planning, implementation, and expansion in the areas of food safety, worker safety improvements, infrastructure, food access, and business development.

Small Ambulatory Program for American Indians and Alaska Natives
Funding to construct, expand, and/or modernize tribal owned small ambulatory healthcare facilities. Facilities must serve American Indian and Alaska Natives and be operated pursuant to a healthcare services contract or compact entered into under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.

Public Transportation on Indian Reservations Program: Tribal Transit Program
Funding to support planning, capital, and operating assistance for tribal public transit services. Among other things, this funding supports partnerships working to expand access to health, medical, and social service providers.

Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund Grants
Grants to eligible agencies to capitalize a revolving loan fund that will provide loans and subgrants to eligible entities to carry out cleanup activities at brownfield sites contaminated with hazardous substances and/or petroleum.
