Healthy Start Initiative - Enhanced Inactive
Grants to improve health outcomes before, during, and after pregnancy and reduce the racial/ethnic differences in rates of infant death and adverse perinatal outcomes. The program priority is diverse communities and populations, such as non-Hispanic Black, American Indian/Alaska Native, and rural areas that are experiencing the greatest disparities in maternal and infant health outcomes.
