Underserved communities may include people/communities of color, low income, tribal and indigenous populations, and other vulnerable populations such as the elderly, children, and those who have pre-existing medical conditions.

Elevate Youth California: Youth Substance Use Disorder Prevention: Standard Track Inactive
Grants to expand youth and young adult substance use prevention through policy, systems, and environmental change among California youth ages 12-26. Populations of focus are low-income, rural and/or urban racial, ethnic, and cultural communities disproportionally impacted by the war on drugs.

Building Indigenous Communities of Hope Fellowship Inactive
A 6-month fellowship that includes customized, culturally centered programming to enhance youth leadership skills in transforming the foster care system in Native communities.
