Funding to build long-term community capacity and increase economic competitiveness by providing grants to support workforce training and education programs throughout the lower Mississippi River Delta and Alabama Black Belt regions.

Kentucky Hospital Business Incentives
Incentives for businesses in Kentucky in the form of tax credits, sales and use tax refunds, and cash grant reimbursements. Hospital eligibility was approved during the 2021 legislative session, and rural hospitals are encouraged to participate.
