Includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Nebraska.

Serves as the Nebraska Primary Care Association. Promotes health care delivery to medically underserved, low income, and uninsured populations. Comprised of Federally Qualified Health Centers that provide mental health, dental, and medical services.
