Rural Health Care Program – Healthcare Connect Fund
Provides assistance to healthcare providers for eligible expenses related to broadband connectivity at a flat discounted rate of 65%. Participants can apply as a member of a consortium or a stand-alone entity.

HUD Section 242: Hospital Mortgage Insurance Program
Loan and mortgage insurance program to help acute care hospital facilities with remodeling, expansion, modernization, equipment, refinancing, and acquisition. Critical Access Hospitals are eligible to apply.

NRHA Rural Hospital CMO/Physician Leader Certification Program
A rural hospital leadership and certification program for rural hospital physician leaders and Chief Medical Officers (CMOs).

Rural Healthcare Provider Transition Project (RHPTP)
Technical assistance and training for small rural hospitals and certified Rural Health Clinics to build capacity in value-based care (VBC), with emphasis on efficiency, quality, patient experience, and safety. The program's goal is to guide small rural hospitals and Rural Health Clinics that are not currently participating in VBC to prepare for participation in a health system focused on value.

USDA Rural Hospital Technical Assistance
Technical assistance for rural hospitals to identify and address healthcare needs and strengthen local healthcare systems. The overall goal of the program is to enhance hospital systems for improved efficiency and financial performance, bolster quality of care, and support communities.
