Grants to develop, implement, and/or expand comprehensive programs in response to overdose deaths, illicit opioids, stimulants, or other substances. Rural communities apply under Subcategory 1c.

Arkansas Rural Services Block Grant Program
Funding to assist rural communities in Arkansas with development and improvement of local community facilities, including community centers, fire stations, or multi-purpose buildings, and the purchase of fire/service trucks.

Opioid Settlement Fund Community Grant Program
Grants for organizations working to abate and alleviate the impacts of the opioid crisis and co-occurring substance use challenges in South Dakota communities. Rural behavioral health workforce, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) training, and telehealth in rural communities are among the approved uses of funds.

Grants for organizations in the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation service area, with a focus on community enhancement, safety/wellness, environment, arts/culture, and education.

South Dakota Rural Healthcare Facility Recruitment Assistance Program
A monetary incentive to health professionals who complete a 3 year service agreement at a rural facility in South Dakota. Facilities apply for matching funds to help with their recruitment efforts.

AGRIMEDIC Training for Fire, Rescue, and EMS Providers in Louisiana
Training for fire, rescue, and EMS providers in Louisiana designed to reduce mortality, injury, and property loss resulting from agricultural emergencies.

Blue and You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas Mini-Grant Program
Small grants to support health improvement projects in Arkansas.

CHS Seeds for Stewardship Grants
Matching grants to cooperatives for programs to strengthen hometown communities, with priority given to projects that enhance agriculture safety, farmer well-being, agriculture education, and rural community vitality.

Colorado Resource for Emergency And Trauma Education (CREATE) Grants
A reimbursement grant program that assists EMS and trauma entities with training and education to improve the emergency and trauma system in Colorado.

Firehouse Subs First Responder Grants
Grants for life-saving equipment, prevention education, and disaster relief for first responders and public safety organizations. The Foundation recognizes the needs of rural and volunteer departments throughout the country and will consider their applications despite not being within 60 miles of a Firehouse Subs restaurant.
