Practice location sites register and agree to sponsor any provider who wishes to be considered for the program. Providers may apply for loan repayment in return for service at an approved site for at least 2 years.

Learning community in New York designed for hospitals pursuing geriatric emergency department accreditation. The goal is to improve care provided to older adults in the emergency department, establish resources required to provide high-quality care, focus on providing the highest standard of care for older adults in the community. Hospitals in rural communities are encouraged to participate.
