Region IV Public Health and Primary Care Leadership Institute
A leadership and educational opportunity in the southeast region that focuses on adaptive leadership in public health and primary care. Participants will experience group and individual assignments, panels, lectures, webinars, and discussions, and use problem-based learning to explore real-life situations leaders face in the field.

American Indian Medical Scholarship (AIMS)
Scholarships for students of American Indian, Alaskan Native, and Native Hawaiian descent that are pursuing careers in nursing, healthcare, and health education. The scholarship is designed to assist students who plan to work on reservations or in hospitals that serve Native populations with the goal of improving healthcare within those communities.

Iowa Dental Education Loan Repayment Program/FIND Project
Loan repayment assistance for dentists who agree to serve in a rural or high priority county in Iowa.

New Mexico Allied Health Loan for Service Program
Forgivable loans for certain allied healthcare profession students who agree to practice in a healthcare shortage area of New Mexico upon completion of their education.

New Mexico Medical Loan for Service Program
Forgivable loans for medical students who agree to practice in a healthcare shortage area of New Mexico upon completion of their education.

New Mexico Nursing Loan for Service Program
Forgivable loans for nursing students who agree to practice in a healthcare shortage area of New Mexico upon completion of their education.

Hawaii Healthcare Education Loan Repayment Program (HELP)
Loan repayment assistance for certain healthcare professionals in Hawaii in return for at least 2 years of service in rural and other medically underserved areas of the state.

Walmart Community Pharmacy Scholarship for Pharmacy Students
Scholarships for Doctor of Pharmacy degree students who are enrolled in a U.S. college or school of pharmacy. Awardees must demonstrate leadership, academic success, and a commitment to serving rural, Medically Underserved Areas, and/or Medically Underserved Populations.

NOSORH Rural Health University: Level II Developing Competitive Grant Proposals
Level II of NOSORH's Grant Writing Institute is a live webinar series designed to help individuals working in rural and underserved settings move from project planning to full proposal preparation. Through 6 virtual sessions, participants will build grant writing skills while developing key proposal components, including logic models, work plans, evaluation plans, budgets, and proposal narratives.

Dental Faculty Loan Repayment Program
Funding to increase the number of dental and dental hygiene faculty in the workforce by assisting training programs to attract and retain full-time faculty through loan repayment programs, including those that provide care to and meet the oral health needs of rural and medically vulnerable populations.
