A multidisciplinary certificate program for certain health professions students in Nebraska that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural and underserved communities, and networking with other students and professionals.

Targeted Technical Assistance for Rural Hospitals Program
2-year technical assistance program for rural hospitals to address financial and operational challenges and help maintain essential health services in rural communities.

Tennessee Rural Healthcare Access Modernization Program (RAMP)
Funding for strategic investments that strengthen healthcare infrastructure, expand access to care, and improve healthcare delivery in rural Tennessee.

Washington Family Medicine OB Fellowship
Fellowship in obstetrics and family medicine which includes 13 four-week rotations that offer the opportunity to learn management of high risk and operative obstetrics. The program is intended for family physicians seeking training in surgical obstetrics, care of high risk and complicated pregnancies, and management of the medical complications of pregnancy. Obstetric fellows will be prepared to serve in a rural, isolated, or medically underserved location, or to teach obstetrics in a family medicine residency program.

Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund
Funds programs that work in the areas of affordable housing and shelter, education and youth development, environmental stewardship, workforce, and human services within the Weyerhaeuser Company Foundation service area.

Arizona Primary Care Provider Loan Repayment Programs
Loan repayment for specific healthcare professionals who agree to provide primary care services in a Health Professional Shortage Area or Medically Underserved Area of Arizona.

A scholarship and accelerated degree program for undergraduate students in Oklahoma that have decided to become physicians, are interested in practicing primary care medicine in rural Oklahoma, and would like to accomplish this goal in a shorter amount of time than required in a traditional program.

PCORI Engagement Award: Building Capacity for Small Organizations to Engage in Patient-Centered Comparative Clinical Effectiveness Research (CER)
Funding and technical assistance to help small public and private organizations build the knowledge and skills necessary to engage as partners in patient-centered outcomes research/clinical effectiveness research process. PCORI funding interests include research for improved access and delivery of care for rural communities.
