California Health Professions Pathways Program: Population Health Investment (HPPP Pop HI)
Funding to support and encourage underrepresented individuals in California to pursue health careers. Outreach and recruitment in rural and other areas is encouraged. Priority goes to programs that have a high percentage of program sites in Primary Care and/or Behavioral Health Health Professional Shortage Areas.

Georgia Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses who agree to practice full-time in a rural community in Georgia for at least 12 months.

Georgia Behavioral Health Provider Loan Repayment Program (GBHPLRP)
Loan repayment assistance for mental health and substance use professionals in return for practicing in a Mental Health Health Professional Shortage Area in an underserved area of Georgia.

Georgia Dentist Education Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for dental student loan debt in return for a commitment to practice in medically underserved, rural areas of Georgia.

Georgia Dentists for Rural Areas Assistance Program
Loan repayment assistance for dental education student loan debt in return for a commitment to practice in a medically underserved, rural areas of Georgia for at least 12 months.

Georgia Nurse Faculty Loan Repayment Program (NFLRP)
Loan repayment assistance for nurse faculty who commit to teaching full-time in a Georgia nursing program.

Georgia Physician Assistant Loan Repayment Program (PALRP)
Loan repayment assistance for physician assistants who agree to practice full-time in medically underserved, rural areas of Georgia for at least 12 months.

Georgia Physician Education Loan Repayment Program (GPELRP)
Loan repayment assistance for physicians who agree to practice medicine full-time in medically underserved, rural areas of Georgia for at least 4 years.

Georgia Physicians for Rural Areas Assistance Program (PRAA)
Loan repayment assistance for physicians who agree to practice medicine in medically underserved, rural areas of Georgia for at least 12 months.

Health Careers Exploration Program (HCEP)
Support for health career conferences, workshops, and health career exploration programs in California. Outreach and recruitment in rural and medically underserved areas/populations is a program priority.
