Strong African American Families Program (SAAF) Facilitator Training
Training for individuals to become facilitators certified to conduct the Strong African American Families (SAAF) or Strong African American Families – Teen (SAAF-T) programs.

Tennessee Rural Residency Incentive Program
Offers a stipend to primary care physicians studying in Tennessee residency programs or physicians with Tennessee affiliations who are in out-of-state primary care residency programs. Recipients must agree to practice in a rural/underserved area of Tennessee.

Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Discretionary Grants
Grants to support communities in the development and implementation of comprehensive safety action plans to significantly reduce or eliminate roadway fatalities and serious injuries. Ensuring investment in rural and tribal communities is a priority.

Blue and You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas Regular Grants
Grants to organizations in Arkansas working to create better health for all Arkansans. Grant cycles in 2024 will focus on behavioral health, maternal and pediatric health, and social determinants of health.

Clinical and Translational Science Award (UM1 Clinical Trial Optional)
Funding for Clinical and Translational Program Hubs that are expected to develop, demonstrate, and then disseminate solutions to barriers that limit the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical and translational science research. A major interest of the program is improving rural health outcomes and eliminating health disparities.

Rural Maryland Prosperity Investment Fund (RMPIF)
Grants to promote economic prosperity in Maryland's disadvantaged and underserved rural communities, with priority given to projects that address entrepreneurship, healthcare, infrastructure, and regional councils.

Promoting the Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care: States
Funding to improve the health outcomes for people with behavioral health conditions by supporting the adoption and improvement of integrated care models for behavioral and primary physical health at the state level. Tribal, rural, and other medically underserved communities are a program priority. Program eligibility is limited to states and state agencies; however, states must partner with community programs, community mental health centers, Rural Health Clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and/or other primary care practices.

Social and Economic Development Strategies for Alaska (SEDS-AK)
Support for village-specific projects to improve and strengthen the administrative and management capacity of Alaska Native tribal governments, which are central to social and economic self-sufficiency in Alaska.

Social and Economic Development Strategies Program (SEDS)
Grants for tribal community-based organizations, tribes, and village governments for social and economic infrastructure development. The program is focused on community-driven projects designed to grow local economies, support local businesses, strengthen families, preserve Native cultures, and increase social development and infrastructure in Native American communities.

Mentoring for Youth Affected by Opioid and Other Substance Misuse
Grants to support local, regional, or statewide efforts to provide mentoring services to youth ages 17 and under and their family members impacted by opioids and other substance misuse. Rural communities and federally recognized tribes are priority populations.
