Protecting and Rehabilitating Sexually Exploited Women and Girls Through Long-Term Safe Homes
Funding for initiatives that seek to address sexual violence by providing safe homes for sexually exploited and/or abused women or girls. One of the program priorities is supporting safety and justice for trafficking victims in small towns and rural, remote, and tribal communities.

Protecting Women and Girls through Founding and Replication of Existing Long-Term Safe Homes
Funding for initiatives that seek to address sexual violence by founding or replicating new safe homes for sexually exploited and/or abused women or girls. One of the program priorities is supporting safety and justice for trafficking victims in small towns and rural, remote, and tribal communities.

Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Grants
Grants for hazard mitigation activities to build capacity of state and local governments, tribes, and territories to help them to identify mitigation actions and implement projects that reduce risks posed by natural hazards. Priority is given for projects that benefit specific communities, including rural areas. Funding is specifically set aside for resilient infrastructure projects for tribal communities.

Texas Libraries Supporting Community Mental Health
Grant to Texas public libraries to strengthen the mental health and well-being of communities through educational programs, resources, services, and support.

AstraZeneca Quality Improvement Grant for Lung Cancer
Funding to develop and deliver strategies to improve guideline concordant care (evidence-based clinical care) and/or clinical trial access for lung cancer patients in the community and rural care settings.

Tribal Homeland Security Grant
Grants to provide funding to federally recognized tribal nations to enhance their ability to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from potential terrorist attacks and other hazards.

Maine AHEC Scholars Program
A 2-year multidisciplinary certificate and honors distinction program for health professions students in Maine that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural and healthcare shortage communities, and networking with other students and professionals.

First Responders - Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act Grants (FR-CARA)
Funding to train first responders and communities in administering and distributing opioid overdose reversal medications. Funding is set aside for recipients serving rural and tribal communities.

Garrett Lee Smith (GLS) Campus Suicide Prevention Grant Program
Funding to identify college students who are at risk for suicide and suicide attempts, increase protective factors that promote mental health, reduce risk factors for substance use disorders and suicide, and ultimately reduce suicides and suicide attempts.

Medical Forensic Access Initiative
Funding for projects that support states, tribal communities, healthcare systems, or community-based organizations in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information related to access to medical forensic examinations for women and girl survivors of sexual assault. Rural and other communities impacted by forensic healthcare access gaps are a program priority.
