Service Area Competition Funding for Health Center Program (Areas Served with a Project Period Start Date of April 1, 2027)
Funding to support the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality preventive and primary healthcare services to medically underserved communities and populations. Areas with an April 1, 2027 project period start date are eligible to apply.

Florida Blue Foundation Sapphire Awards
Monetary awards for outstanding programs, organizations, and individuals that are focused on helping people and communities in Florida achieve better health. Awards have been made for organizations in rural communities.

Senior Corps Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)
Funding to develop and support Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) projects for volunteers 55 years and older in serving specific local and community needs. Applications from rural communities are encouraged.

California Song-Brown Healthcare Workforce Training Program: Registered Nurse Education
Grants to support registered nurse training programs in California with a focus on registered nurse shortage areas.

Community-Led Momentum Grants
Support for community-driven efforts to implement new public and community health strategies, develop innovative programs and resources to advance Wisconsin's current or future health workforce, and carry out novel efforts to inform policy and practice to advance health in Wisconsin. Successful projects will engage a collaborative team of community and Medical College of Wisconsin partners to demonstrate impact on the community-identified health need during the project period.

Minnesota Mental Health Cultural Community Continuing Education Grant Program for Trainers
Grants for post-secondary educational institutions and approved private training entities to offer free trainings to eligible students who wish to become board-recognized supervisors for mental health practitioners seeking licensure.

New York Primary Care Service Corps Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for healthcare professionals who agree to practice in a Health Professional Shortage Area of New York.

Boettcher Foundation Grants
Grants for transforming communities by investing in individuals, programs, and organizations throughout Colorado, including a focus on rural communities.

Minnesota Rural Clinical Rotations Grant Program
