Smith-Lever Special Needs Competitive Grants Program
Funding to enable the Cooperative Extension System (CES) to assist in preparing for, providing an educational response to, recovering from, and mitigating disasters and disaster threats. The program supports innovative, education-based approaches to address disaster preparedness and specific responses related to disasters or disaster threats caused by natural, human-made, technological hazards, or by other factors that contribute to the exposure of or risk to a community.

Innovation in Behavioral Health (IBH) Model
Funding for state Medicaid agencies to test the impact of a value-based payment model supporting an integrated care delivery framework in specialty behavioral health organizations and settings for adults with severe mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders.

Grants for economic and community development activities in rural communities and small towns in Massachusetts.

Great Plains Center for Agricultural Health Pilot/Feasibility Projects Academic Track
Grants for academic/scientific investigators and those newly interested in agricultural safety and health research. Funding will support projects that address occupational hazards relevant to farmers and farm workers in the Great Plains region, with a focus on projects addressing work-related stress and mental health; the prevention of slips, trips, and falls; equipment/tool safety; and chemical safety.

Texas Cancer Screening and Early Detection
Funding for the delivery of evidence-based clinical services to screen for cancer and precancer in underserved populations who do not have adequate access to screening, early detection interventions, and healthcare. Rural and/or medically underserved populations are a program priority.
