Rural Residency Planning and Development Program
Grants to expand access to healthcare in rural areas by developing new sustainable rural residency programs, including rural track programs (RTPs). The program will provide start-up funding to create accredited rural residency programs in a qualifying medical specialty.

Technology-Enabled Collaborative Learning Program
Funding to evaluate, develop, and expand the use of technology-enabled collaborative learning and capacity building models for healthcare providers and other professionals. The program is designed to improve retention of healthcare providers and increase access to healthcare services in rural areas, frontier areas, Health Professional Shortage Areas, Medically Underserved Areas, for Medically Underserved Populations, and for Native Americans.

Telehealth Centers of Excellence Program
Funding to support incumbent academic medical centers that will implement and evaluate innovative telehealth solutions in rural populations and populations with limited access to services, serve as national models, test concepts and create proven, replicable approaches that expand access to care and improve health outcomes.

Episcopal Health Foundation Grants
Grants for projects in Texas in the areas of health and healthcare services, healthy communities, and health policies.

Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Leadership, Education, and Advancement in Undergraduate Pathways (LEAP) Training Program
Grants to establish pathway programs that aim to expand the maternal and child health (MCH) workforce. These programs increase access to healthcare and public health services for MCH populations, including in rural communities.

CORES Multi-Institutional Pilot Program
A phased pilot model designed to spark collaborative translational science across a multi institutional network. The initiative will accelerate the development, testing, and implementation of innovative solutions to improve health outcomes, while building strong collaborative pathways to drive meaningful care model transformation in rural communities and position these efforts for national scaling through external funding.

Services Program for Residential Treatment for Pregnant and Postpartum Women (PPW-R)
Funding to provide comprehensive services for pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorders (SUD) across the continuum of residential settings that support treatment and sustain recovery. Treatment and recovery support services should be provided to pregnant and postpartum women, who may reside with their minor children while in treatment. Services are expected to be available to persons who are uninsured, underinsured, and persons in rural and highly impacted communities.

Maternal Produce Prescription Program (MP3)
Funding to support community-based organizations to develop produce prescription intervention programs that promote access to healthy foods for pregnant and postpartum women and their families in low-income rural and urban areas.

Screening and Treatment for Maternal Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders (MMHSUD)
Funding for efforts that give obstetric, primary care, and other maternal health providers quick access to expert consultation, training, and care coordination support. The program is designed to reduce barriers to care, with a focus on rural communities, tribal communities, and areas with shortages of health professionals.

Maternal Health Emergency Management Training (MHEMT)
Funding to a single entity to provide training development and targeted strategies to address gaps in workforce training and standardize care for healthcare providers in non-delivery and/or low-resource clinical settings, such as first responders, emergency departments, Critical Access Hospitals, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
