University of Nebraska Kearney Health Opportunities Program (KHOP)
Scholarships and professional development opportunities for high school seniors from rural Nebraska who wish to practice in rural Nebraska following the completion of specific health professions educational programs.

American Academy of Pediatrics Rural-Health Community of Practice
An educational community of practice designed to empower pediatric clinicians in rural areas to enhance the quality of care provided for infants and children with birth defects and infant disorders (BDID). As much as possible, the project will focus on congenital syphilis (CS) and congenital cytomegalovirus (cCMV).

Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (EMPA) Fellowship
An 18-month fellowship for physician assistants with Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Fellows will learn from board-certified emergency physicians and physician assistants at a Level II Trauma Center, rural emergency departments, and with ground and air emergency crews.

Minnesota Rural Advanced Practice Provider Loan Forgiveness Program
Loan repayment assistance for advanced practice provider students and/or graduates who agree to practice in a designated rural area of Minnesota.

Oregon Health Care Provider Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment for primary care clinicians who serve patients in underserved areas of Oregon regardless of their source of coverage or ability to pay.

Virginia AHEC Scholars Program
A multidisciplinary certificate program for health professions students in Virginia that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural and underserved communities, and networking with other students and professionals.

3RNET Recruitment and Retention Assistance
Helps health professionals find jobs in rural areas and assists employers in recruiting and retaining health professionals in rural areas.

Alabama AHEC Scholars Program
A multidisciplinary certificate program for certain health professions students in Alabama that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural and underserved communities, and networking with other students and professionals.

Alaska Health Care Professionals Workforce Enhancement Program (SHARP – 3)
Direct incentive payments and loan repayment assistance for a wide range of healthcare professionals in exchange for working in an approved area in Alaska.

Alaska Supporting Health Care Access through Loan Repayment (SHARP-I)
Loan repayment assistance for certain healthcare professionals in exchange for working in a Health Professional Shortage Area of Alaska.
