Community-Based Workforce for COVID-19 Vaccine Outreach
Funding to address COVID-19 related health disparities and advance health equity by mobilizing community outreach workers, including community health workers, patient navigators, and social support specialists, to educate and assist individuals in getting the COVID-19 vaccination. Projects should target resources to the most vulnerable and medically underserved communities in both rural and urban areas to ensure that challenges such as vaccine confidence and assisting with vaccine accessibility are addressed.

Pride Foundation Crisis Community Care Fund
Grants for groups and organizations who are meeting the emerging needs of LGBTQ+ communities due to the impacts of COVID-19. Black, Indigenous, and people of color are priority populations. Organizations in rural/nonmetro areas where there is limited access to services are more likely than urban areas to qualify for funding.

National Initiative to Address COVID-19 Health Disparities Among Populations at High-Risk and Underserved, Including Racial and Ethnic Minority Populations and Rural Communities Inactive
Grants to address COVID-19 and advance health equity in racial and ethnic minority groups and rural populations within state, local, U.S. territorial, and freely associated state health jurisdictions. Award recipients and their partners must implement a coordinated and holistic approach that builds on culturally, linguistically, and locally tailored strategies and best practices to reduce COVID-19 risk among health disparity populations.

Demonstration Project Grants to Reduce the Impact of COVID-19 on Farmworker Families Inactive
Grants for demonstration projects designed to protect and safeguard farmworker families and stop the spread of COVID-19, with focus on testing, quarantine, treatment, vaccination, education, and safety precautions. Priority will be given to proposals that focus on harder to reach populations, such as communities of indigenous farmworkers, H-2A guest workers, farmworkers living in congregate housing, and workers in extremely remote rural areas.
