Healthy Behaviors Healthy Spaces Grants
Grants to support projects that improve health and well-being in communities in the Western Tidewater region of Virginia and North Carolina. The foundation focuses on populations experiencing barriers to health and well-being based on geographic location and other factors.

Tribal Opioid Response Grants
Grants to address the overdose crisis in Tribal communities by increasing access to FDA-approved medications for the treatment of opioid use disorder (MOUD), and supporting the continuum of prevention, treatment, and recovery support services for opioid use disorder (OUD) and co-occurring substance use disorders, and stimulant misuse and use disorders, including those involving cocaine and methamphetamine.

Texas Libraries Supporting Community Mental Health
Grant to Texas public libraries to strengthen the mental health and well-being of communities through educational programs, resources, services, and support.

Mental Health Awareness Training Grants
Grants to prepare and train school personnel, emergency first responders, law enforcement, and community-based agency staff on how to appropriately and safely recognize and respond to individuals with mental disorders. Rural applicants have been awarded grants in the past, and up to 3 awards will be made to tribes/tribal organizations pending sufficient application volume.

Rural Communities Opioid Response Program - Technical Assistance (RCORP-TA)
Funding for a single entity to connect rural communities with high-quality, comprehensive, and tailored resources and supports to implement and sustain behavioral healthcare, including prevention, treatment, and recovery services, to address the opioid epidemic and related substance use concerns in rural areas.

Law Enforcement Mental Health and Wellness Act Program
Funding for state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement agencies to implement new or enhance existing programs that offer training and services to support officers' emotional and mental health, including counseling programs, peer mentoring, suicide prevention, stress reduction, and police officer family services. The program intends to increase grant funding accessibility for small and understaffed departments, especially those in rural communities, to implement mental health and wellness programs.

Delta Dental Foundation Community Mini-Grants Program
Funding for community-based oral health programs in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, with special consideration given to programs that promote and/or provide oral healthcare access.

Alzheimer's Disease Programs Initiative (ADPI) - State Programs for Dementia Specific Respite
Funding to support respite for family caregivers of older adults and people with disabilities so they can live well at home and in the community. Those residing in rural areas are among the target populations.

Promise Neighborhoods Program
Grants to support improvement in the educational and developmental outcomes of children and youth in the most distressed communities. Projects should work to ensure school readiness, high school graduation, and access to a community-based continuum of high quality services.

Regional Partnership Grants
Funding to support collaborative regional partnerships between child welfare agencies, substance use treatment agencies, and juvenile or state courts to support programs for families whose children are in or at risk of being placed in an out-of-home placement due to a caregiver's substance use.
