Promise Neighborhoods Program
A grant program that supports improvement in the educational and developmental outcomes of children and youth in the most distressed communities. Projects should work to ensure school readiness, high school graduation, and access to a community-based continuum of high quality services.

Building Socially Connected Communities in Indiana Grants
Grants to address loneliness in Indiana by increasing and enhancing opportunities for social connection.

Iowa Farm Bureau Sponsorship Program
Sponsorship support for events and fundraisers in Iowa. Giving priorities include health and wellness, agriculture, farm families and their communities, and youth education/leadership.

Social Justice Base Building Grant
Funding for grassroots organizations in the northwest that are working on community organizing and base building to change policies, transform culture, and build new models and institutions. Priority is given to organizations conducting most of their work with reservation communities and/or in rural areas and small towns.

Funding for Recovery Equity and Expansion (FREE)
Funding to continue expanding services and programing for substance use recovery and mental health support to Kentucky's BIPOC and minoritized communities and/or to reduce the stigma around accessing such interventions.

West Michigan Youth Programs
Grants to support projects for youth ages 0 – 18 living within a 4-county service area that includes Lake, Muskegon, Newaygo, and Oceana counties in western Michigan.

Wisconsin Dental Association Foundation Annual Grant Program
Grants for nonprofit organizations that are engaged in efforts to improve oral health for underserved Wisconsin residents.

Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program
Funding for training and professional development of library and archives professionals; developing faculty and information leaders; and recruiting, educating, and retaining the next generation of library and archives professionals in order to develop a diverse workforce of library and archives professionals. Health, wellness, broadband access, tribal communities, and rural communities are listed as a project types.
