Office on Violence Against Women Training and Technical Assistance Initiative Inactive

Adult Drug Court and Veterans Treatment Court Discretionary Grant Program Inactive
Grants and technical assistance to enhance the operations of adult drug courts and/or veterans treatment courts. Courts should integrate evidence-based substance abuse treatment, random drug testing, equitable sanctions and incentives, and transitional services in judicially-supervised court settings with jurisdiction over offenders to reduce recidivism, substance abuse, and prevent overdoses. Rural communities are a program priority.
