Notice of Special Interest for research to understand and address the full spectrum of factors that contribute to disparities in survivorship care, healthcare utilization, and health outcomes among childhood cancer survivors. Proposed projects must Include populations commonly experiencing disparities based on race or ethnicity, sex, sexual or gender minority status, insurance status, rural residence, socioeconomic disadvantage, or other demonstrated differences.

CHS Seeds for Stewardship Grants
Matching grants to cooperatives for programs to strengthen hometown communities, with priority given to projects that enhance agriculture safety, farmer well-being, agriculture education, and rural community vitality.

Grants for projects in Connecticut that focus on health, environmental justice, and disparities in health outcomes based on geographic location.

New England Healthy Communities Grant Program
Funding for communities in New England to reduce environmental risks, protect and improve human health, and improve quality of life. Program priorities include rural, tribal, and other areas with environmental justice concerns.

Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Telehealth for People and Families Living with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and AD-Related Dementias (ADRD)
Notice of Special Interest for research to (1) determine the impact of telehealth on cost, access, quality, timeliness, and equity of care for people and families living with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and AD-Related Dementias (ADRD), and (2) identify telehealth care delivery methods that work well for people and families living with AD/ADRD.

California Tribal Homekey Program
Funding to sustain and rapidly expand housing for households experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness and who are impacted by or at increased risk for medical diseases or conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants are focused on tribal households in California.

Academy of General Dentistry Foundation Grant Program
