Bus and Bus Facilities Infrastructure Program
Grants to assist in the financing of buses and bus facilities capital projects, including replacing, rehabilitating, purchasing, or leasing buses or related equipment, and rehabilitating, purchasing, constructing, or leasing bus-related facilities. A minimum of 15% of the total program funding will be awarded to projects located in rural areas.

Rural Surface Transportation Grant Program
Grants for projects to improve and expand the surface transportation infrastructure in rural areas to increase connectivity, improve the safety and reliability of the movement of people and freight, generate regional economic growth, and improve quality of life.

The John A. Hartford Foundation Business Innovation Award
Monetary award for community-based organizations (CBOs) to recognize partnerships with healthcare entities that improve health outcomes and quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities, and/or caregivers.

Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Discretionary Grants
Grants to support communities in the development and implementation of comprehensive safety action plans to significantly reduce or eliminate roadway fatalities and serious injuries. Ensuring investment in rural and tribal communities is a priority.

Rural Community Innovations: Transportation Planning Grant
Funding for rural communities to develop a transportation plan that addresses accessibility and equity.

Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Program
Grants for tribal communities to improve services for victims of crime. Funding may support a comprehensive range of activities including needs assessment, strategic planning, program development, implementation, and other activities needed to address the needs of a wide variety of crime victims in tribal communities.

Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC): Grant Initiative for the Appalachian, Delta, and Northern Border Regions
Grants for projects in the Appalachian, Lower Mississippi Delta, and Northern Border regions that will provide career, training, and support services to eligible individuals in counties and parishes and/or areas currently underserved by other resources. Grants will support workforce development activities that prepare dislocated workers, new entrants to the workforce, and incumbent workers for good jobs in high-demand occupations aligned with a regional or community economic development strategy. High demand industries include manufacturing, IT, healthcare, and energy.

Delta Regional Authority States Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP)
Grants to help Delta communities create jobs and improve infrastructure. Funds may be used for basic public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, broadband, and business development including entrepreneurship and workforce training.

Telligen Community Initiative Grants
Grants for programs and nonprofit organizations that address social determinants that impact health and enhance equity, that are making healthcare education more accessible, and that are fostering healthcare innovation in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, and Oklahoma.

Delaware Highmark BluePrints Grants
Grants for health-related projects, programs, and supportive services in Delaware in the priority areas of healthcare access, economic stability, social and community context, and neighborhood and built environment.
