Louisiana Community Crisis and Disaster Response Grants
Grants for front-line organizations in Louisiana that work to meet immediate needs and help communities and families recover, with a specific emphasis on kids of high need and community level efforts to improve well-being. Currently, funding is allocated to respond to the impacts of hurricanes and the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 on the state of Louisiana.

Maine Health Access Foundation Discretionary Grants
Grants for organizations working to expand access to care and improve health for all people in Maine.

Michigan Community Health Matching Program
Grants for nonprofit community organizations that develop, implement and evaluate community-driven approaches to healthcare issues in Michigan. Grants have been awarded in rural communities in the past.

Michigan Investigator Initiated Research Program
Funds Michigan-based innovative research projects that address health inequities; social determinants of health; and healthcare access, quality and cost.

Michigan Physician Investigator Research Award
Funding for Michigan physicians to explore research concerning quality, cost, and/or access to care through pilot studies, feasibility studies, or small research projects.

Michigan Proposal Development Award
Grants to help Michigan-based nonprofit community organizations develop grant proposals for healthcare projects.

Minnesota Workplace Safety Consultation and Grant Program
Technical and financial assistance for qualifying employers in Minnesota to support projects designed to reduce the risk of injury and illness to their workers. Farming and grain handling facilities are among the priority industries.

National School Lunch Afterschool Snack Program
Funding for schools and residential child care institutions to provide afterschool snacks to low-income children who participate in the National School Lunch program.

New Hampshire Opportunity Grants
