Kinship Navigator Programs: Replication and Tribal Adaptation
Funding to increase the number of state and tribal child welfare agencies that replicate and implement an evidence-based Kinship Navigator Program (KNP). KNPs help relative and kin caregivers learn about and access programs and services to meet their own needs and the needs of the children they are raising.

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Community Selection
As part of the Continuum of Care program, HUD will select up to 50 communities to participate in the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program to develop and execute a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness. At least 16 of the selected communities will be rural.

Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Grants
Funding for registered Continuum of Care communities to implement coordinated approaches to reduce the prevalence of unsheltered homelessness; and improve services engagement, health outcomes, and housing stability.

Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program (TSASP)
Funding for tribes and tribal organizations to develop, maintain, and expand sustainable sexual assault services within Indian country and Alaska Native villages.

Stand Down Grants
Provides funding for events that offer homeless veteran populations a variety of services designed to help them to reintegrate into their communities, such as housing, healthcare, and employment opportunities.

Multifamily Housing Loan Guarantees
Loan guarantees for qualified private-sector lenders to provide financing to qualified borrowers with the intent of increasing the supply of affordable rental housing for low to moderate income individuals and families in eligible rural areas and towns.

Wells Fargo Philanthropy and Community Impact Programs
Funding for nonprofit organizations in the areas of housing access and affordability, financial opportunity, and small business growth.

AmeriCorps State and National Grants Inactive
Funding for programs that are designed to strengthen communities and solve local problems, including those found in rural and underserved areas. Funding priorities include serving historically underrepresented communities, services for veterans, access to youth mental health and substance use services, public safety, outdoor recreation, and support for families.

Affordable Housing for Rural Veterans Initiative Inactive
Funding for "bricks and mortar" projects that assist low‐income, elderly, and disabled veterans with home repair needs, support homeless veterans, help veterans become homeowners, and/or secure affordable rental housing in rural areas of the United States.

Indian Housing Block Grant Program Inactive
Grants to develop, maintain, and operate affordable housing in safe and healthy environments on American Indian reservations and in other American Indian areas, and to carry out other affordable housing activities that benefit low-income families.
