Minnesota Live Well at Home Grants
Grants to develop and/or provide services to allow for older Minnesotans to live in the community. Funded projects will improve capacity to develop, strengthen, and integrate programs; maintain home and community-based services for individuals' age 65 and older and at risk of long-term nursing home use and/or spending down into medical assistance; and strengthen services for the caregiver support network. Models that serve older adults in rural areas are of particular interest.

Alaska Capital Improvement Project Grants for Water, Sewer, or Solid Waste Projects
Capital funding for the planning and construction of water and sanitation systems for rural Alaska Native villages to provide safe, clean water and sewage disposal.

Rural Community Grant Fund
Grants to fund infrastructure improvement and development initiatives for housing projects; health, safety, and environmental programs; medical facilities; and educational programs in western North Dakota.

Buell Foundation Grants
Grants for projects in Colorado in the areas of childhood education and development. Priority is given to rural communities in the state.

Ferry Service for Rural Communities Program
Funding for planning projects, operating assistance, and capital projects to purchase, construct, and rehabilitate rural ferries, terminals, and related infrastructure and equipment.

Boettcher Foundation Grants
Grants for transforming communities by investing in individuals, programs, and organizations throughout Colorado, including a focus on rural communities.

Indian Health Service Capital Infrastructure Program
Funding for improvements to existing tribal healthcare facilities that reduce energy and water use, lower operating and utility costs, improve indoor environmental quality, and incorporate current energy efficiency codes and standards.

Colorado Rural Health Seed Grants
Matching grants for projects or programs that provide healthcare services in Colorado by providing information, education, linkages, tools, and energy toward addressing rural healthcare issues.

Emergency Response Equipment Grant Program
Funding for the purchase of emergency response equipment for volunteer fire, rescue, and ambulance departments in rural parts of Compeer Financial's service area.

Gladys Brooks Foundation Grants
Grants for libraries, educational institutions, hospitals, and clinics within the service area of the Gladys Brooks Foundation.
