The PATIENTS Professors Academy
A 5-week online training program that prepares participants to learn about patient-centered practices within their work and communities. It is an opportunity to interact with and learn from a diverse population about how to engage communities in research. A focus is on populations most impacted by health inequity.  

Appalachian Community Fund General Fund
Grants to community-based organizations that address underlying causes of the economic and social distress in the Central region of Appalachia.

Native American-Serving Nontribal Institutions Program
Funding for eligible institutions of higher education to improve and expand capacity to serve Native Americans and low-income individuals. One of the program priorities is expanding capacity to provide mental health services and other services that help support students' social, emotional, and academic needs.

State-Tribal Partnerships to Implement Best Practices in Indian Child Welfare
Grants for jointly developed projects by state and tribal governments and, where applicable, nongovernmental partners, to develop and operate a plan to effectively implement best practices in Indian child welfare services. The program's overall goals are to preserve families of federally recognized American Indian and Alaska native tribes; protect children; and ensure that children remain connected to their families, communities, and culture.

Alaska Suicide Prevention Grant
Grants for projects and organizations with the goals of reducing the rates of suicide in Alaska and promoting mental wellness through strengthened community and personal connections. Preference will be given to projects that are located in rural Alaska or programs that reach rural communities in Alaska.

Rocky Mountain Power Foundation Grants
Grants for organizations in the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation service area, with a focus on community enhancement, safety/wellness, environment, arts/culture, and education.

Supporting Coloradans in Recovery Through Non-Clinical Programs
Grants for culturally- and linguistically-responsive programs in Colorado that support individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges in accessing non-clinical support services close to home, thus making recovery possible.

Con Alma Health Foundation Grants
Grants for projects designed to improve health and advance health equity for people who live in New Mexico. A focus is on rural areas, tribal communities, immigrant families, and people of color.

Telligen Community Initiative Grants
Grants for programs and nonprofit organizations that address social determinants that impact health and enhance equity, that are making healthcare education more accessible, and that are fostering healthcare innovation in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, and Oklahoma.
