Iowa Farm Bureau Sponsorship Program
Sponsorship support for events and fundraisers in rural Iowa. Giving priorities include health and wellness, agriculture, farm families and their communities, and youth education/leadership.

Kansas Regional Partnership Grant Program
Grants for eligible providers to participate in collaborative arrangements that promote preventive health and address root causes of diseases, enhance rural providers' efficiency and sustainability, attract and retain a high-skilled healthcare workforce, spark growth of value-based care models, and foster the use of innovative technologies. Funds must be used for the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of approved regional partnership activities consistent with program requirements.

Kansas Transformative Capital Investment Grant Program
Grants for eligible providers in rural Kansas to make capital investments to transform the manner in which they serve their communities.

New York Licensed Social Worker Loan Forgiveness (LSWLF) Program
Loan forgiveness for licensed social workers working in critical human service areas in New York. Awardees must provide up to 4 years of qualified service in a critical human service area, many of which are located in rural counties.

Choose West Virginia Practice Tuition Waiver Program
Medical school tuition waiver for the differential between in-state and out of state tuition in exchange for agreeing to practice at an eligible West Virginia service site. Participants must serve one year for every year they receive the award.

Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health Institute Course Scholarship
Financial support for individuals serving tribal communities who are interested in attending the Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health Summer or Winter Institute courses at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

Washington AHEC Scholars Program
A multidisciplinary certificate program for health professions students in Washington that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural and underserved communities, and networking with other students and professionals.

Family Treatment Court Program
Funding to establish new or enhance existing family treatment courts to ensure the provision of substance use treatment and other services that improve child, parent, and family outcomes.

Indiana Curriculum Enhancement Grant
Grants to support eligible Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-accredited residency programs in Indiana in developing new or substantially expanding existing curricular components that provide at least 8 weeks of rural training experiences and at least 8 weeks of addiction medicine training.

Mentoring for Youth Affected by Opioid and Other Substance Use
Grants to support mentoring services to youth ages 17 and under and their family members impacted by opioids and other substance use. Rural communities and federally recognized tribes are target populations.
