Grants for organizations in the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation service area, with a focus on community enhancement, safety/wellness, environment, arts/culture, and education.

Stand Down Grants
Provides funding for events that offer homeless veteran populations a variety of services designed to help them to reintegrate into their communities, such as housing, healthcare, and employment opportunities.

California Health Professions Pathways Program: Population Health Investment (HPPP Pop HI)
Funding to support and encourage underrepresented individuals in California to pursue health careers. Outreach and recruitment in rural and other areas is encouraged. Priority goes to programs that have a high percentage of program sites in Primary Care and/or Behavioral Health Health Professional Shortage Areas.

AmeriCorps State and National Grants
Funding for programs that are designed to strengthen communities and solve local problems, including those found in rural and tribal areas. Funding priorities include concentrated poverty, faith-based organizations, services for veterans, access to youth mental health and substance use services, public safety, outdoor recreation, and support for families.

Arkansas Life 360 HOMEs Program
Arkansas Department of Human Services will partner with eligible Medicaid hospitals to implement intensive care coordination for Medicaid clients most at risk of poor health outcomes.

Federal Surplus Property Available for Public Use
Surplus personal property that is no longer needed by the federal government that has been made available for public use.

Firehouse Subs First Responder Grants
Grants for life-saving equipment, prevention education, and disaster relief for first responders and public safety organizations. The Foundation recognizes the needs of rural and volunteer departments throughout the country and will consider their applications despite not being within 60 miles of a Firehouse Subs restaurant.

Hearst Foundations Health Grants
Program, capital, and endowment support grants for organization working to address access to healthcare for high-need populations, healthcare professional shortages, evolving healthcare demands, and medical research. Rural populations are a priority.

Sponsoring Conference Participation for Organizations in New York
Sponsors community-based organizations, health departments, and other low-resource organizations to attend and present at local, state, and national conferences related to connecting New Yorkers with food they need to thrive, primary care, and meeting the needs of returning veterans and their families.

Virtual Living Room - Using Technology to Address the Critical Healthcare Needs of Veterans in Rural Areas
A grant program that combines rural technology, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs resources, and local support to provide solutions to improve healthcare access for veterans in rural areas.
