Creating a Culture of Health in Appalachia: Disparities and Bright Spots
An initiative focused on health outcomes in Appalachian communities. The Opportunity Atlas
Interactive mapping tool that provides estimates for children's future earnings, incarceration rates, and other outcomes in adulthood by parental income, race, and gender by census tract. For some low population census tracts, there may be insufficient data to allow for all features.

Washington Tracking Network (WTN)
Provides interactive maps, charts and graphs on a wide range of data by county for Washington State. Includes content on health and climate, community and population characteristics, transportation, the environment, and exposure to toxic substances. Covers several health topics including access to care, hospitalizations, incidence of cancer, infectious diseases, maternal and child health, and opioid use, misuse, and related deaths. The Information by Location tool allows users to see rankings for health disparities, and social and economic determinants of health by county.

Neighborhood Atlas
Provides access to Area Deprivation Index (ADI) information at the Census Block/neighborhood level. Provides rankings of neighborhoods by socioeconomic status disadvantage at the state or national level. Ranking considers the following factors: income, education, employment, and housing quality. Data is also available for download. Information can be used to inform health delivery and policy.

Provides access to national, state, and county-level data and trends for diabetes and diabetes-related concerns.
