Funding to support identifying, compiling, and analyzing rapid rural health research to improve rural healthcare.

Rural Communities Opioid Response Program – Impact (RCORP – Impact)
Grant to improve access to integrated, coordinated, and sustainable substance use disorder (SUD) services, including for opioid use disorder (OUD), in rural areas.

Rural Communities Opioid Response Program – Planning (RCORP – Planning)
Grants to support planning and preparation activities to create a strong base for substance use disorder (SUD) and related services and build capacity to develop, implement, and sustain these services. The funding is designed to serve as a critical first step to creating SUD service systems that make care easy to access, strengthen the behavioral health workforce, gain strong community support, and prepare communities to deliver prevention, treatment, recovery, and other supportive services over the long term.

Rural Community Health Support Program
A cooperative agreement with a single entity to develop, deliver, and coordinate nationally available technical assistance (TA) to support community organizations and rural health stakeholders serving rural populations.

Rural Health Clinic Technical Assistance Program
A cooperative agreement with a single entity to provide technical assistance, tools, resources, and strategies that are easily accessible to geographically dispersed Rural Health Clinics and that could be used to inform rural healthcare providers and other federal, state, and local stakeholders.

Rural Health Research Dissemination Program
Funding to disseminate and promote Federal Office of Rural Health Policy funded health research focused on rural healthcare to broad audiences, including decision makers and rural stakeholders at national, state, and community levels.

Rural Residency Planning and Development Program
Grants to expand access to healthcare in rural areas by developing new sustainable rural residency programs, including rural track programs (RTPs). The program will provide start-up funding to create accredited rural residency programs in a qualifying medical specialty.

Rural Northern Border Region Network Planning Program
Grants to support rural healthcare networks in the Northern Border Region to improve healthcare services and associated outcomes, achieve efficiencies, and strengthen the rural healthcare system.

State Offices of Rural Health Program (SORH)
Grants to assist states in strengthening rural healthcare delivery systems by maintaining a State Office of Rural Health within each state.

Delta Rural Integrated Health Network Program
Funding to improve healthcare delivery in the Delta region by supporting the development of integrated health networks among rural hospitals, primary care clinics, behavioral health providers, and other essential healthcare organizations.
