Monetary awards for outstanding programs, organizations, and individuals that are focused on helping people and communities in Florida achieve better health. Awards have been made for organizations in rural communities.

Quimby Family Foundation Grants
Grants for projects focused on physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being in Maine. Grants work towards preventing and treating chronic diseases and conditions by addressing environmental connection, isolation and loneliness, sedentary lifestyles, and food systems. Historically, projects in rural communities have been considered a priority.

Tribal Colleges Extension Program Special Emphasis
Funding for special emphasis extension projects at 1994 Land-Grant Institutions. Projects allow extension offices to be responsive to community needs through and address emerging issues such as agriculture productivity, public health and well-being, engaging tribal youth, economic development, and preparing the next generation of tribal agriculture leaders.
