Texas Blue Impact Grants
Funding to support projects that focus on building healthier communities in Texas.

Sid W. Richardson Foundation Grants
Grants for nonprofit organizations in Texas that address education, health, human services, and arts/culture. Applications for health-related projects are accepted from throughout the state, including rural areas.

Rural Rental Preservation Academy
A training and peer learning cohort designed to help rural housing providers acquire and/or preserve USDA Rural Development, HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) financed housing in their communities.

VA Homeless Providers Per Diem Only Grant Program
Funding for eligible entities to provide provide transitional housing beds or service centers for veterans who are homeless or at risk for becoming homeless.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program
Grants to private nonprofit organizations and consumer cooperatives that provide supportive services for very low-income veterans and their families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing. Rural and tribal communities and U.S. territories are considered a priority for grant distribution.

SelectHealth Awards Program
Offers monetary awards to organizations and individuals in southern Idaho, Utah, and Clark County, Nevada working to promote healthcare access, food security, housing stability, and mental and physical wellness.

YouthBuild Grants
Grants to organizations providing pre-apprenticeship services that support education, occupational skills training, and employment services for youth, ages 16 to 24, while performing meaningful work and service to their communities. The YouthBuild program model contains wrap-around services such as transportation, childcare, and housing. Applications from rural, urban, and Native American communities have been funded in the past.

Office on Violence Against Women Training and Technical Assistance Initiative
Grants to provide direct technical assistance for existing and potential grantees and sub-grantees to enhance and support their efforts to successfully implement projects supported by OVW grant funds. This initiative is designed to build and enhance the capacity of civil and criminal justice system professionals and victim service providers to respond effectively to sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking and foster partnerships among organizations that have not traditionally worked together to address these crimes. Rural communities are a program priority.

Rocky Mountain Power Foundation Grants
Grants for organizations in the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation service area, with a focus on community enhancement, safety/wellness, environment, arts/culture, and education.

Opioid Settlement Fund Community Grant Program
Grants for organizations working to abate and alleviate the impacts of the opioid crisis and co-occurring substance use challenges in South Dakota communities. Rural behavioral health workforce, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) training, and telehealth in rural communities are among the approved uses of funds.
