  • Program Overview: The REACH Project, Inc. is a New York State (NYS) Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) licensed nonprofit organization committed to reducing the harmful consequences of substance misuse, patient centered care, and expanding access to substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services. Serving thousands of patients across 56 counties in New York, The REACH Project, Inc. provides a range of services, including:

    REACH Medical, a licensed medical provider under NYS OASAS, offers low-threshold, harm-reduction-informed care for patients with SUDs. The practice does not discharge patients or require them to wean off medication. REACH Medical also practices evidence-based care and implements a patient-centered approach to address each patient's unique needs.
