• Program Overview: The Molar Express is a portable dental clinic that provides services primarily to school-age children (K-12) living in rural Coos and Grafton Counties, New Hampshire who do not have an existing dental home or access to oral health services. The portable clinic partners with schools in their service area to offer dental services in the school. Services include routine preventive care such as oral health education, cleanings, fluoride varnish, sealants, interim therapeutic restorations, exams, digital X-rays, and fillings. The Molar Express has also provided dental care to patients in nursing home facilities and coordinates a dental initiative with senior centers and local Federally Qualified Health Center's Dental Program to increase access to care.
